Also the best part you don’t have to wait in waiting room no long time. If you need a good chiropractor with all the updated equipment to get you straight Dr Marsh is the guy you call. The secretary Lisa is really sweet too. Nice smiles throughout that office. They make you want to go there. January 5, 2024I have been a patient of Dr. Marsh on and off since 2020. My son is now a patient as well. We live in San Marcos and have tried other chiropractors closer to our house since I moved here in 2022. Other chiropractors don’t seem to care about our well-being as mush as Dr Marsh and his staff does. Dr. Marsh seems to be the only one that can get me all straightened out in a timely manner, as well. Not to mention, his staff is very professional. It’s truly a pleasure to make a visit. Massage Therapist Amazing Ms. Leti is awesome, personal, and kind and really cares. It is also a very professional atmosphere is awesome as well as there staff! October 13, 2023So I haven’t been able to put my right arm over my head for a long time. Been to about 3 other chiropractors and countless massage therapist. With little to no results. Spent a lot of money. A lot.I’m thankful for dr marsh and his group of people. Very friendly and very nice. I think by the 2nd visit he popped my shoulder back in. Majority of my pain was gone like that. He literally knows where to crack me. It truly amazes me how he will crack a different area and it helps my shoulder. I’ve done the massage with them. She has AMAZING HANDS. AMAZING HANDS. HAVE NOT DONE ACUPUNCTURE AND AM LOOKING FORWARD TO IT. I notice how knowledgeable they are is the most amazing thing. They are so patient. Love this place.
